New Yarn, Old Clothes...or the rules of making an Azaboo.

We make Azaboos out of old clothes that are carefully cleaned. But they are old. So they are not appropriate for young children. We label them 14+. The old clothes give the dolls a lot of character.

Every Azaboo has something hand knitted or crocheted as part of their body. We use new yarns for these parts. We also use new stuffing and plastic beads to fill the Azaboos. Old clothes. New yarns. Always handmade.
